How it works:
Each week, we will meet via Skype, FaceTime, Zoom or on the phone for 60 minute sessions. Our first session is devoted to assessing your greatest challenges, blocks and all the stuff keeping you from living the life you want. Not sure what your "block" is? Don't worry - my years of training and experience knows how to find out!! Following sessions will be devoted to a theme we will have decided on to achieve your goals, awaken your passion and bring the energy of excitement back into your life!!.
You will also enhance your awakening and self awareness through weekly journaling assignments and by engaging with my private Facebook Group, where you can connect with others going through a similar process!
By the end, we will have peeled back the layers of whatever it is blocking you, so that you can live your best life possible!
